ORDER TIMELINE

The short answer: As long as 4 weeks, but often sooner.

All prints will ship within 2 weeks of the order being placed, and typically much sooner. I build this extra production time into the schedule to ensure your print is in pristine condition when it leaves my studio. You will be notified by email once your order ships and given a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your print.

Shipping times will vary by region, but often take 6-10 days within the continental US, and longer for other parts of the world. Because I ship worldwide, it is not possible for me to offer general guarantees on arrival dates because shipping methods and customs protocols vary by country. That said, all orders will include tracking numbers, so you can see where your print is in its journey.

I will use the most cost effective shipping method available for your area (usually USPS), unless you contact me and we make other arrangements in advance. See the question below for more information on rush shipping.

Pre-Made v.s. Made-To-Order

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship, or if the product must is made-to-order. Pre-made items that are in stock are ready to ship. Look for the following image if a product is ready for shipment immediately:

Made-to-order items will be produced and shipped within 2 weeks of ordering.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Care for your new product(s) by:

To preserve the beauty of your print and prevent damage:
  1.  Matte and frame prints under glass or other archival quality materials.
  2. Prevent contact with moisture or high humidity.
  3. Do not display prints in direct sunlight or under direct artificial lighting.
  4. Avoid extreme heat and cold.
  5. Handle prints carefully by the edges and be mindful not to drop them. Printed surfaces can be scratched or dented if handled carelessly. Do not lay prints face-down on surfaces as dust or particles may scuff the surface.

Arrowwood Heart cannot be held responsible for damaged prints due to poor handling or display conditions on the part of the buyer.

We always love creating sizing or shipping arrangements.

SHIPPING

Our company typically ships through USPS.

International shipping

We happily support and love our international customers.

We typically ship all International products through USPS, but will work with other carriers where necessary.

Arrowwood Heart is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* We offer free shipping on all orders over $175.

Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need up to 2 weeks for production. Contact me for expedited shipping options BEFORE ordering and I will send you a quote.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return an item for a refund or exchange:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
  2. Ship the item within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return shipment has a tracking number, please send it to me to speed up processing time. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, I will issue a refund, or send the new item.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is shipped back more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@arrowwoodheart.com and send your item to: Arrowwood Heart

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
