FAQ and Policies

Two things:

  1. Every effort is made to accurately represent the colors in each print, and every order is individually inspected for print quality and consistency.
  2. That said, individual computer monitors use a variety of calibrations that render colors differently. There may be slight variations between on-screen colors and final prints. This is to be expected and is not a defect in the print.

The short answer: As long as 4 weeks, but often sooner.

All prints will ship within 2 weeks of the order being placed, and typically much sooner. I build this extra production time into the schedule to ensure your print is in pristine condition when it leaves my studio. You will be notified by email once your order ships and given a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your print.

Shipping times will vary by region, but often take 6-10 days within the continental US, and longer for other parts of the world. Because I ship worldwide, it is not possible for me to offer general guarantees on arrival dates because shipping methods and customs protocols vary by country. That said, all orders will include tracking numbers, so you can see where your print is in its journey.

I will use the most cost effective shipping method available for your area (usually USPS), unless you contact me and we make other arrangements in advance. See the question below for more information on rush shipping.

Rush shipping is available for an additional fee, but must be arranged BEFORE you make a purchase! Please contact me with the following:

  1. Products you wish to order (include print titles, sizes, and photo or fine art options)
  2. Your shipping address
  3. Any discount codes you want to apply
  4. Your delivery deadline

I will create an estimate and custom listing showing your full product and shipping costs. Once the listing is posted, you can order through the website.

Spend $175 or more, and standard shipping is FREE! Worldwide!

Free shipping applies to the lowest cost shipping option available for your area via USPS.

  • Inside the continental US: Usually First-Class ground shipping.
  • Outside the continental US: Usually Priority International Mail.

If buyers qualify for free standard shipping, but want a rush shipping option, buyers must pay for the additional cost of the upgrade. Be sure to contact me before purchasing for an estimate and a custom listing.

Please note: The $175 threshold is based on cart subtotals, which includes the cost of your prints, minus any applied discounts or sales. Shipping costs will be listed until the cart subtotal reaches $175 or more, but subtotals are not directly displayed in the cart.  Be aware that cart totals will display amounts in excess of $175 without reflecting the free shipping option.

For example, if your cart totals $183, with shipping fees, this means that subtotals do not yet meet the $175 threshold and your order only exceeds $175 because of shipping costs. Rest assured that the cart will automatically reflect the free shipping option once buyers are eligible. I hope that clears up any confusion, but feel free to contact me with any questions!

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

I want you to be happy! If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to make it right! In general, you have 2 options:

  1. Request an order cancellation (within 2 hours of purchase).
  2. Request a refund or exchange in which you ship the original item back to me. Upon receiving the original item, I will issue a refund, or send a replacement. See details and conditions below.

To cancel an order:

  1. Contact me within 2 hours after purchasing to request an order cancellation.

To return an item for a refund or exchange:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
  2. Ship the item within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return shipment has a tracking number, please send it to me to speed up processing time. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, I will issue a refund, or send the new item.
